Programs that you can participate in as an IOPO volunteer.
IOPO is constantly working to educate the public about organ, tissue, and eye donation. We conduct community outreach events, educational programs, and other activities - all with the goal of increasing the number of registered donors in order to save the lives of the people on the transplant waiting list.
IOPO Volunteers can assist in a number of ways. One of the best ways is for you, as an IOPO Volunteer, to tell your personal story. There are many ways to do this, either through individual speaking engagements or during IOPO Sponsored outreach/educational programs.
IOPO is always looking for volunteers to help out at local health fairs, to assist teachers in local schools, to help out at the BMV in your area, to assist our office staff, and in other ways.
We greatly appreciate our volunteers and would love to have you work with us to spread the good word about organ, tissue, and eye donation.
